My order

If you are logged in, you can click on ''my account'' and ''view your order history'' to view the status of your order.
If you order before 14:00, your order will usually be delivered within 3 till 10 workdays inside EU depending to the country of destination (excluding weekends and holidays). On the evening of the shipping day you receive an email with a link to track your package. If you have questions about the delivery, you can always contact us via info@subsupply.eu.

Per order our website will automatically calculate shipping costs. If you place two orders on the same day, we always try to add the orders together to reduce shipping costs for you. If subsequently it appears that you have paid too much postage, we refund the difference.
Once an order has been shipped, it can not be linked. Do you want to make sure we merge both orders, please call us.
If you want to cancel your order, please call the number at our website or e-mail us at info@subsupply.eu. Because we ship mostly the same day as ordered, it''s important to contact us as soon as possible.
