If you do not receive your password within a few minutes please contact us and we will reset it for you.

You can send us a message with request for a copy of your invoice via info@subsupply.eu. Please also include your order number or date of ordering the order for which you want to receive the copy of the invoice. You will receive a copy from us by e-mail.
It is possible to specify a different delivery address when ordering.
It is possible to order products not included in our standard product range. Please write us an email at info@subsupply.eu and we can give you our possibilities. Products specially ordered for you, can''t be returned to us.

We keep our stock and our website as up to date as possible. Normally we have all articles on our website also in stock and we can deliver immediately. Exceptionally, it may be an article is out of stock at time of ordering. In that case we will inform you as soon as possible about the expected delivery time after which you can choose to wait or cancel the article to your order.

A product in stock is immediately available. If you order before 13:00, we will ship your order the same day most of the time (excluding weekends and holidays). Exceptionally, it may be a product at time of your order is out of stock. We will in this case inform you as soon as possible about the expected delivery time after which you can choose to wait or cancel the article to your order. The delivery time depends on the country of destination.

Companies inside The Netherlands do have the possibility to order on account. Orders can be placed by mail or through our webshop where you can choose payment option "as agreed". To use this option you need our permission in front.
