This is another one of those must have tools if you are rebuilding regulator.This is a face pin spanner. It is hard to tell from the picture but the spanner has two hardened pins sticking up from the “U” area. These 3mm pins hook into the indents on the top of certain regs to remove the high pressure balancing chamber area. This pin spanner is fully adjustable for different widths.
