I forgot my password.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

You can send us a message with request for a copy of your invoice via info@subsupply.eu. Please also include your order number or date of ordering the order for which you want to receive the copy of the invoice. You will receive a copy from us by e-mail.

Different shipping and invoice address.

It is possible to specify a different delivery address when ordering.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all countries in the world but not all countries are entered by default on our website and not all shipping possibilities are available for all countries. Would you like to send an order to a country not mentioned in our shop, please feel free to conact us for more information info@subsupply.eu.

I ordered two different orders at the same day.

Per order our website will automatically calculate shipping costs. If you place two orders on the same day, we always try to add the orders together to reduce shipping costs for you. If subsequently it appears that you have paid too much postage, we refund the difference. Once an order has been shipped, it can not be linked. Do you want to make sure we merge both orders, please call us.

Is delivery to PO Box possible?

Because all our packages are insured during transport, our courier will request a signature for quality reception. Therefore, it is not possible to use a post office box as a delivery address.

What are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

If you order before 14:00, your order will usually be delivered within 3 till 10 workdays inside EU depending to the country of destination (excluding weekends and holidays). On the evening of the shipping day you receive an email with a link to track your package. If you have questions about the delivery, you can always contact us via info@subsupply.eu.

When will my order ship?

A product in stock, is immediately available. If you order before 13:00, your order will be shipped the same day (except for weekends and holidays). Exceptionally, it may be that a product is out of stock at time of your order. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible about expected delivery time after which you can choose to wait or cancel the article to your order.

Change payment option.

Until you made the order confirmation you can change your payment option at any time. If you wish to change your payment option after the order confirmation, please contact us at info@subsupply.eu. We will always try to help you through your order process.

Companies and VAT

Companies inside EU but outside The Netherlands can receive an invoice without VAT if provided full company details and VAT number. To make sure your invoice is without VAT, please contact us by mail or make a note during the order process. VAT paid in advance will be refunded once the data has been checked and the order is processed.

Companies inside The Netherlands do have the possibility to order on account. Orders can be placed by mail or through our webshop where you can choose payment option "as agreed". To use this option you need our permission in front.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

All consumers in Europe and all companies in The Netherlands pay VAT in the Netherlands when they place an order with a Dutch company. Orders that are sent outside EU or companies with a delivery address outside the Netherlands, can buy without VAT. Please note customs of a country may levy import duties and VAT on the goods imported.

Payment by phone or creditcard.

Payment by creditcard is only possible if using Paypal.

Paypal costs.

For every financial transaction, fees will be charged by the relevant authority. PayPal is a payment agency and has no standard fee. It calculates the costs according to the country from which payment will be made and based on a fixed percentage. These percentages Paypal has stated on its website. If you use PayPal, we pass these costs on to you. This is done automatically at the time of order and you can see the Paypal amount before you pay to us. You always know what extra costs you have to pay before you finally confirm your order.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we received the payment from you. Click here for a view of the options.

What is Sisow?

Sisow is our payment provider for payments made in The Netherlands.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please call the number at our website or e-mail us at info@subsupply.eu. Because we ship mostly the same day as ordered, it's important to contact us as soon as possible.

Are all products in stock?

We keep our stock and our website as up to date as possible. Normally we have all articles on our website also in stock and we can deliver immediately. Exceptionally, it may be an article is out of stock at time of ordering. In that case we will inform you as soon as possible about the expected delivery time after which you can choose to wait or cancel the article to your order.


Can I order products not at your webshop available?

It is possible to order products not included in our standard product range. Please write us an email at info@subsupply.eu and we can give you our possibilities. Products specially ordered for you, can't be returned to us.

What status has my order?

If you are logged in, you can click on 'my account' and 'view your order history' to view the status of your order.
